Who Is Jesus Christ?

Jesus is God’s only son who left heaven to come to earth as a man. He lived a perfect life in order to serve as an atoning sacrifice for all sin. Jesus came to seek and save the lost and to testify to the truth. God revealed Himself more fully through Jesus and by Jesus’ example taught us how He wants us to live and love. Jesus’ mission was to do the will of the Father and to be the once-and-for-all perfect sacrifice that reconciled men with God. Jesus died on the cross for the sins of all mankind; was resurrected on the third day; and now sits at the right hand of God. He is the Messiah; the King of Kings; the Lord of Lords; the Great Physician; and the Prince of Peace.

No other person has ever had such a positive impact on mankind or the history of the world. Jesus Christ is Lord of all creation, yet he has a personal relationship with all of those who are in Christ. He teaches us how to live and die with purpose and confidence. Jesus is coming back and wishes that all men would accept the greatest gift of all, God’s love and salvation.
